Upet SA is a Romania-based company primarily engaged in the manufacture of oilfield equipment. The Company’s product portfolio comprises drilling equipment, including drilling rigs for gas and oil well operations with a hook load up to 250 tons; work over rigs with a hook load up to 160 tons; water well drilling and work over rigs; oilfield equipment spare parts, and auxiliary equipment, such as draw-works, rotary tables, hook blocks, swivels and mud pumps. The Company distributes its products nationally and internationally, including Russia, Oman, India, Libya, Belarus and Kazakhstan, among others. As of December 31, 2011, Upet SA had two subsidiaries, TC Upet Srl and Generation Upet Drilling Srl.
