Thailand Prime Property Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust is a Thailand-based real estate investment trust ( REIT). The Company's objectives are to mobilize funds raised from investors and loans from financial institutions to invest in leasehold rights to land and Mercury Tower, as well as to acquire 99.99% of the shares of Exchange Tower Limited, which owns land and the Exchange Tower. The Exchange Tower is an office building and commercial space for rent, located at 388 Sukhumvit Road, Klongtoey Subdistrict, Klongtoey District, at the Asoke-Sukhumvit intersection in Bangkok. Mercury Tower is another office building and commercial space for rent, located at 540 Ploenchit Road, Lumpini Subdistrict, Pathumwan District, in the heart of Bangkok's economic district. The Company's subsidiaries include Exchange Tower Ltd. and Exchange Connection Ltd. SCCP REIT Company Limited serves as the REIT manager for the Company.
