Sol-Wind Renewable Power, LP is a holding company. The Company is engaged in owning, acquiring, investing in and managing of operating solar and wind power generation assets. The Company is focused on acquiring assets from middle-market developers. The Company's solar energy system operates through four segments: utility-scale (10 MW); commercial and industrial (C&I), which include customers consisting of commercial firms, industrial companies, hospitals, non-profits and all other entities; residential, which include residential homeowners with solar generation capabilities, and off-grid, which consists of remote applications for industries, such as defense, construction, oil and gas, security and traffic management. The Company's projects include Greenleaf TNX, Alamo I, Alamo II, DC Solar, PRCC, SunRay Power, Leicester, Palmer, Cleave Energy Holdings, Ecoplexus and Foundation Windpower.
