It intends to use the technology to launch Web and mobile applications targeting the online search and share community. The Company was formed to engage in the acquisition, exploration and development of natural resource properties of merit. Its business plan was to design and manufacture biodegradable polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and other polymer plastic pre-forms for bottles and containers for the food and beverage industries. As of September 30, 2015, it had not generated any revenues.
