Serval Resources PLC, formerly Oscillate Plc, is a mid-cap copper and metals explorer and developer. The Company's operations include Namibia, Kaoko Basin, Botswana, Kalahari Copper Belt and Cote d’Ivoire, Duekoue. It is a major landholder in the Kaoko Basin in Namibia, which is the interpreted extension of the Central African Copper Belt. The project comprises four exploration licenses (EPL 6998, 7079, 7081 and 7082) covering approximately 788.79 km2 in the Kaoko Basin of north-western Namibia. It has developed a major foothold in the Kalahari Copper Belt (KCB), a prospective area for the discovery of new sedimentary copper systems. Its portfolio in Botswana consists of 18 licenses, with 17 in the KCB and one in the Bushman Lineament to the East of Botswana, covering a total area of 1,283km2. At the Duekoue prospect, it is evaluating a potential iron-oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) or porphyry style copper deposit. The project is strategically located on the Archean-Proterozoic boundary.
