Scandinavian House Development AG, formerly known as Scandinavian House Development SA, is a Switzerland-based company engaged in the construction sector. The Company designs and constructs building modules, which are primarily used to build commercial buildings, but are also used for residential and industrial buildings, as well as buildings for schools, student homes and kindergarten. The Company is focused on planning, designing and constructing buildings mainly in the Scandinavian markets, but also for other European and global markets. In addition to the design and construction of buildings, the Company is educating and licensing out its design and construction know-how to different companies in various countries in exchange for royalties.
