Company Samui Buri Property Fund

Samui Buri Property Fund is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The Fund’s objective is to raise funds from unit holder to invest in properties which consist of land, buildings, facilities, swimming pool, dining room, and parking area. The Fund invests in the Mercure Samui Buri Resort, which consists of plots of land, buildings and facilities, such as swimming pool, dining room and parking area. The Fund has an operating lease agreement in respect of Commercial Real Estate that consists of land, building excluding sport club, facilities, swimming pool, dining room, and parking area for hotel operation. Citibank N.A. is appointed to be the trustee. Principal Asset Management Company Limited is the Fund’s management company.
