The Company manages a diverse portfolio of mining and oil and gas projects and investments around the world. Its projects and investments include the Migori Gold Project, New Ballarat Gold Corporation Plc, Faso Minerals Limited, Lac Minerals Limited, and El Limon. It owns Migori Gold Project, through an approximately 75% direct interest in Mid Migori Mining Company Ltd, which controls a gold resource in Kenya over two exploration licenses. The license covers an area of over 245 square kilometers in the southwest corner of Kenya, 290 kilometers west of the capital Nairobi. It is developing a series of lithium projects across Africa with an initial focus on near-term production in Zimbabwe. It has an interest in petroleum exploration onshore in Namibia and in Benin.
