Qatar General Insurance & Reinsurance Company QPSC is a Qatar based company which is primarily engaged in general insurance and reinsurance including Takaful operations, real estate, investment, manufacturing, trading and contracting. The Company is organized into four segments which include property and casualty, life and medical, marine and aviation and motor. Property and casualty segment is engaged in issuing contracts that provide comprehensive cover to the insured’s properties. Life and medical segment is engaged in providing cover to protect insured financially. Marine and aviation segment is engaged in issuing contracts to cover every step of the distribution chains. Motor segment is engaged issuing contracts that provides comprehensive and third-party cover to the insured’s vehicles. The Segments of the Company include Qatar General Holding Company W.L.L, General Takaful Company Q.C.S.C. and others.
