The Company is engaged in gold exploration focused on Nevada, United States and uranium exploration in Saskatchewan and Wyoming. Its projects include Kelly Creek, South Grass Valley, Bottle Creek, Dry Fork, and Athabasca Basin. The South Grass Valley Project is located in Lander County, north-central Nevada, approximately 50 kilometers southwest of Nevada Gold Mines’s Cortez complex. The Kelly Creek Project is located in Humboldt County, Nevada. The Athabasca Basin project owns approximately 35,467 hectares of mineral claims along the southeastern margin of the Athabasca Basin, in one continuous block. The Dry Fork project owns 48 mineral claims in the uranium-rich Powder River Basin in Wyomin, which covers approximately 890 acres. It is situated in the in-situ recovery (ISR) uranium district west of the Christensen and Nichols Ranch ISR mines.
