The Netplex Group Inc. is an e-business solutions company that consists of two distinct operating segments: Member Services and Business Services. Member Services includes contract negotiation and administration; W-2 employment, payroll and benefits services; access to an online time recording, billing and accounting system; accounts receivable collection assistance; dedicated business support staff services, and career information and counseling. Business Services provides a convenient, centralized solution that removes costs associated with clients' use of contingent workers (consultants). Business services include providing the tools and processes that enable clients to efficiently align their talent requirements with qualified individuals and providing a convenient and cost-effective vehicle by which clients may use these consultants, as well as those provided by third-parties, on an as-needed basis.
