Moon River Moly Ltd., formerly Moon River Capital Ltd., is a Canada-based resource company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral projects. The Company is focused on the development of the Davidson Property, which hosts a molybdenum-tungsten deposit and is located near Smithers, British Columbia. The Davidson project is located on the eastern flank of Hudson Bay Mountain, eight kilometers west of the town of Smithers, British Columbia. The property consists of six mineral leases and one mineral claim, covering a total area of approximately 2,087.322 hectares (ha). In addition, seven additional claim blocks are staked on the western slope of the mountain. It is also focused on its acquisition of the 25% interest in the Endako Mine Complex.
