It owns 66.7% of 1251797 BC Ltd, which owns 100% of 28 claims covering the historic Atlin-Rufner mine. The mine is about 23 km northeast of Atlin. The Leigh Creek Magnesite Project, located in the state of South Australia. It also has an agreement to acquire certain licenses that make up the Wheeler and Bergeron properties within the Labrador Trough Area of Quebec, Canada.
