MAS PLC specialises in the development, owning and management of real estate assets located in Central and Eastern Europe, primarily in Romania, Bulgaria and Poland. At the end of June 2022, the portfolio, with a total leasable area of 429,400 m2, was valued at market value at EUR 938.3 million. Rental income is distributed geographically as follows: Central and Eastern Europe (74.9%), Western Europe (8%) and other (17.1%).
