Listed Index Fund J-REIT (Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Index) Bi-Monthly Dividend Payment Type (the Fund) is a contractual-type investment trust in Japan. The Fund is capitalization weighted investment fund. The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investment results that generally correspond to the price and yield performance of the Tokyo Stock Exchange real estate investment trust (REIT) Index, a capitalization index calculated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The Fund invests in the component stocks of the Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Index and intends to construct and maintain the portfolio, which is similar in composition to the Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Index. The asset manager of the Fund is Nikko Asset Management Co., Ltd.
