Interpharm Holdings, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary, Interpharm, Inc., is engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing and marketing generic prescription strength and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals. The Company sells its products under its own label to the major retailers, wholesalers, managed care organizations and national distributors, and under private label to wholesalers, distributors, repackagers and other manufacturers. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2007 (fiscal 2007), the Company manufactured and marketed 36 generic pharmaceutical products, which represent various oral dosage strengths for 11 products and different dosage strengths for 25 of these products.
