INNOTECH CORPORATION is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the design and testing of semiconductor, and the development, sales and service provision of products and services for electronic equipment. It operates through three business segments. Test Solution segment develops and sells its own semiconductor test systems, providing solutions to customers in the semiconductor memory market and other sectors, and sells probe cards. Semiconductor Design-Related segment sells and maintains semiconductor design (EDA) software, undertakes contract design and development of large-scale integrated circuits (LSIs) and provides design support through personnel dispatch, develops software in fields such as automobiles, semiconductors and agricultural machinery and others. Systems & Services segment primarily develops and sells its own products, such as embedded central processing unit (CPU) boards and box-type computers, and provides model-based development support and others.
