Ingenta plc is a United Kingdom-based company that provides mission-critical software and services to the global publishing industry. The Company operates as one reporting segment with two core revenue categories: Ingenta Commercial and Ingenta Content. Ingenta Commercial provides a variety of modular publishing management systems for both print and digital products. The Company's core area of expertise is intellectual property management, including the associated contracts, rights and royalties. The Ingenta Content suite of products enables publishers of any size, discipline or technical proficiency to convert, store, deliver and monetize digital content on the Web. Its commercial suite of products includes ingenta content lifecycle manager (CLM), ingenta contracts rights and royalties (CRR), and ingenta order to Cash (O2C). The Ingenta CLM module helps publishers manage their intellectual property, contributors, product lifecycle and workflow.
