Holcim (Costa Rica) SA is a Costa Rica-based company engaged in the production and commercialization of cement, concrete and aggregates. The Company is also involved in the exploitation of quarries and mineral deposits relevant to the production of these construction materials. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Servicios Ambientales Geocycle SAG SA, La Murta SA and Productos de Concreto SA, among others. In addition, Holcim Ltd was the Company's majority shareholder with 60% of its interest.
