Halcones Precious Metals Corp. is a Canadian exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties with a primary focus on exploration in Chile and other parts of South America. The Polaris Project is its flagship asset located in the Antofagasta Region of northern Chile. The project covers 5,777.5 hectares, including 23 exploration concessions and two exploitation concessions. Exploration is conducted through the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Exploraciones Los Halcones S.A. (Halcones Panama), which in turn owns 100% of Minera Los Halcones SpA (Halcones Chile).
