GreenWorld Development Inc. is a green energy utility company. The Company focuses its activities on the development and operation of its own waste to energy (W2E) power plants as a renewable energy solution in the United States and Europe. The Company intends to acquire and/or build-own-operate W2E or waste to renewable plants in the United States, South America and Europe. The Company intends to license and transfer know how of its technologies to emerging markets. The Company intends to treat municipal, industrial and agricultural solid wastes, which are collected and delivered to the utility from municipalities and third waste collection contractors. The Company intends to generate revenues out of its facilities by selling electricity to national grid operators, collecting gate fees on every ton of waste entering the facilities for treatment and selling residuals left after the conversion of most of the waste into energy.
