Frasers Commercial Trust is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The principal activities of the Trust and its subsidiaries are those relating to investment in a portfolio of commercial real estate and real estate-related assets with the primary objective of delivering regular and stable distributions to Unitholders, and to achieve long-term growth in such distributions and the net asset value per ordinary unit of the Trust. Its segments include Singapore and Australia. The Trust's portfolio consists of six properties, which include China Square Central located at 18, 20 and 22 Cross Street; Alexandra Technopark located at 438A/438B Alexandra Road; 55 Market Street; an indirect interest in Central Park located in Perth; Caroline Chisholm Centre located in Canberra, and 357 Collins Street located in Melbourne. Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (Commercial) Ltd is the manager of the Trust.
