Fortinova Fastigheter AB (publ) is a Sweden-based real estate company that acquires, develops and manages residential properties. The company offers both housing and non-residential premises. Fortinova's property portfolio consists primarily of residential properties with documented strong cash flows and with the objective of generating a positive return over time, regardless of market developments. Fortinova has a geographical focus on growth municipalities in western Sweden, which the Company perceives to have a good growth profile and are attractive places to live, work and live in. A smaller proportion of the Company's properties consists of areas attributable to community properties and commercial properties. The group's operations are organized, managed and reported per geographical areas Halland and Vastra Gotaland.
