The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of plastic packaging material in the form of multilayer collapsible tubes, corrugated boxes and laminates used primarily for packaging of consumer products in the beauty and cosmetics, health and pharmaceuticals, food, home and oral care categories. Its geographical segments include AMESA - Africa, Middle East and South Asia (with operations in Egypt and India); EAP - East Asia Pacific (with operations in China and the Philippines); AMERICAS (with operations in the United States of America, Mexico, Brazil and Colombia), and EUROPE (with operations in the United Kingdom, Poland, Russia and Germany). The Company’s product segments, including laminates, laminated tubes, extruded tubes, caps and closures, and dispensing systems. The Company produces specialty laminates in its facilities in China and India. It also produces tamper-evident closures for the protection of products.
