EMAV Holdings, Inc. is a development-stage company. The Company's subsidiary, Electric Motors and Vehicles Company, Inc. (EMAV), is a new car company. EMAV proposes to design, develop, manufacture and sell premium rugged electric vehicles built from the base chassis of the four-door Jeep Wrangler, and commercial use plug-in hybrid electric vehicles on the chassis of the Ford F-150. The Company's product is EMAV ES, which is a four-wheel drive electric vehicle with zero emissions. The battery pack and electric power train system the Company proposes to purchase from a third party vendor should enable it to deliver a range capability. Its battery packs will use commercially available lithium-ion battery cells. Its energy management software and system should maximize the energy efficiency of its vehicles. The Company's technology includes charge balancing systems, battery engineering, and software and electronics management systems necessary to manage battery and vehicle performance.
