It has approximately 8,800 hectares of cultivated land in the up, mid, and low regions of Sri Lanka. Its segments include tea, rubber, oil palm, and others. Its others segment includes interests in a diverse range of sectors, including renewable energy generation, commercial forestry, cinnamon cultivation, berry cultivation, and value-added products. It cultivates approximately 2,026 hectares of high, low, and medium-grown tea across over 13 estates. It cultivates rubber at approximately 719 hectares. It cultivates oil palm on approximately 1,620 hectares. Its products include tea, rubber, oil palm, coconut, cinnamon, tropifruit, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, and bee honey.
