Daura Gold Corp is a Canada-based gold exploration company with over 8,100 hectares (ha) in Ancash, including the 900 ha Antonella target. The Company's principal business is the acquisition and exploration of mineral exploration properties. The Company's primary focus is the exploration and development of the Cochcabamba project in Ancash, Peru. The Cochabamba project consists of 10 mining concessions covering an effective area of approximately 8,123 hectares, located on the western flank of the Cordillera Negra. It also owns 4,700 ha in the Yanamina Project area, approximately 40 kilometers (km) north of the Company's high-grade Antonella target and the bonanza grade San Luis Gold Project, owned by Highlander Silver.
