Daiwa ETF TOPIX-17 CONSTRUCTION & MATERIALS (the Fund) is an index-based exchange-traded fund (ETF) in Japan. The Fund is an open-end stock investment fund with an indefinite term of the project. The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investment results that generally correspond to the price and yield performance of the Tokyo Stock Exchange stock price index (TOPIX)-17 CONSTRUCTION & MATERIALS. The Fund invests in the component stocks of the TOPIX-17 CONSTRUCTION & MATERIALS and stocks which are scheduled to become such component stocks, and intends to construct and maintain the portfolio, which is similar in composition to the TOPIX-17 CONSTRUCTION & MATERIALS.
