Company Big River Gold

Big River Gold Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration and development company. The Company is focused on advancing its 100% owned Borborema Gold Project in north-eastern Brazil. The Borborema Gold project is located in the Serido area of the Borborema province, within the State of Rio Grande do Norte in north-eastern Brazil. Borborema consists of three mining leases covering a total area of approximately 29 square kilometers (km2) plus freehold title to the property over the main prospect area. The Company's exploration tenements cover a total of approximately 410 km2, extend along the trend of the Borborema mining leases and remain prospective for adding resources to the Borborema inventory in the near future. Borborema has an approximately 2.43 million ounces (Moz) Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) Code (2012) compliant Mineral Resource estimate and a 42.4 million tons (Mt) Ore Reserve containing approximately 1.61 Moz gold at 1.18 grams per ton gold (g/t Au).
