Attis Oil & Gas Limited, formerly Mayan Energy Limited, is an oil and gas exploration and production company. The Company is engaged in the production, development and sale of hydrocarbons and related activities. It is focused on upstream, midstream/services and downstream operations with portfolio of interests in the hydrocarbon regions of the United States, Mexico and Indonesia. It holds an interest in Shoats Creek, an upstream project located in Beauregard Parish in Louisiana. It holds an interest in Alta Loma, which is located in Galveston County in Texas and has a gross acreage of approximately 600 acres. It owns an interest in a remediation facility in Tabasco State, Mexico, which recycles oil cuttings and provides other oil field services to both onshore and offshore wells. The remediation facility has production capacity of approximately 700 tons per day. It is focusing on onshore conventional fields.
