ASTM SpA is an Italy-based holding company engaged mainly in licensed motorway operation and construction. The Company divided its activities into five segments. The Motorway sector manages motorways, such as Autostrada Torino Savona S.p.A and Societa Ligure Toscana p.A, among others. The Engineering division operates in the study, planning and works management areas for railway and motorway works. The Construction sector carries out construction and maintenance activities for motorway network on behalf of SALT SpA, Autostrada dei Fiori SpA and Autocamionale della Cisa SpA. The Technology sector operates in the lease sector of both fiber optics and sites for the positioning of transmission devices for companies operating in the mobile telephony sector, as well as in the sector of outsourcing management and supply of integrated information technology systems for motorway companies. The Other division operates through Finanziaria di Partecipazioni e Investimenti SpA and Baglietto SpA.
