Arzamasskiy Mashinostroitel'nyi Zavod PAO (AMZ PAO or Arzamasskiy Mashinostroitel'nyi Zavod PJSC) is a Russia-based company engaged in the production and development special-purpose vehicles. The manufacture consists of both military and civilian machines. The military portfolio includes all-terrain Tiger, armored recovery vehicle (ARV), multi-purpose floating, medical machine BMM, combat wheel amphibious vehicle BTR-82, among others. There is also unarmored five-door Tiger for civilians. The Company provides products mainly to domestic market but also to foreign markets of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Latin America and Asia-Pacific region. AMZ OAO has one subsidiary Zavod korpusov OAO. As of March 31, 2014, the Company's major shareholder was Berkut OOO.
