Aroma AD is a Bulgaria-based company that is engaged in the production of cosmetics and perfumery products. Its products range consists of seven product groups: hair care, including shampoos, conditioners, hair colorants, styling mousse, hair spray and styling gel; face care, including wet wipes, cleaning milk, tonic, scrub, day and night creams, eye contour care and masks for special care; body care, including soaps, body wash, depilation products, hydrating and nourishing body products; oral care, including toothpastes, toothbrushes and mouthwashes; cosmetics for men, including shaving and aftershave products, and perfumery, including men’s and women’s deodorants, toilette water and perfumes and cosmetics for kids. The Company has two subsidiaries, Aroma Cosmetics AD and Aroma Trans 04 EOOD. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Harisson Management LLC with a stake of 44.88%. In December 2012, the Company acquired Astera Cosmetics AD Sofia.
