Yume Sports Ltd. announced that it will receive an equity round of funding on September 13, 2018. The transaction will include participation from Imabari Shipbuilding Co., Ltd., Ushio Reinetsu Co.,Ltd., Uzushio Electric Co.,Ltd., Nihon Shokken Holdings Co., Ltd., Ldh Japan Inc., and Arigatou Services Company, Limited (JASDAQ:3177). The securities will be issued through third party allocation method. The transaction is approved at the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders of the company. As the part of the transaction, Yukito Higaki from Imabari Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and Shigeharu Oda from Ushio Reinetsu Co.,Ltd. will join company's board of director.
