Arigatou Services Company, Limited (JASDAQ:3177) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 40,000 shares, representing 4.24% of its share capital, at ¥2,440 per share for ¥97.6 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy which responds to changes in the business environment. As of November 30, 2018, the company had 944,378 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 9,222 shares in treasury.
