Imoto Company K.K. agreed to acquire 6.4% stake in Arigatou Services Company,Limited (JASDAQ:3177) on October 14, 2016. Under the terms, 0.06 million shares will be acquired. Expected closing of the deal is on October 17, 2016.

ARIGATOU SERVICES COMPANY,LIMITED is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation of reuse business and food services business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Reuse business mainly involves in the operation of BOOK OFF, HARD OFF, OFF HOUSE and Hobby OFF, providing the reuse of books, game software, computer, audio and visual equipment, branded products, clothing and games, as well as the rental and sale of digital versatile disks (DVDs) and compact discs (CDs), among others. The Food Services segment involves in the operation of restaurants, offering fast food, western food, Japanese food, as well as the contracting operation of restaurants in leisure facilities.
