Arigatou Services Company, Limited (JASDAQ:3177) agreed to acquire AGY Co., Ltd. from Imabari Department Store Co.,Ltd on January 14, 2020. Arigatou Services Company, Limited (JASDAQ:3177) signed an agreement to acquire AGY Co., Ltd. from Imabari Department Store Co.,Ltd on January 15, 2020. Arigatou Services Company, Limited will acquire 5400 shares. AGY Co., Ltd had net liabilities of ¥18.4 million, total assets of ¥353.9 million, sales of ¥593.1 million, operating loss of ¥12.6 million, net loss of ¥25.3 million for the year ending August 2019. The deal was resolved by Board resolution on January 14, 2020.
