The Company focused on the ownership, management, redevelopment, and some development of apartment communities located in the United States. Its real estate portfolio consists of approximately 120 apartment communities with approximately 32,697 apartment homes. Its apartment communities offer residents a range of amenities, including resort pools with cabanas, grills, clubhouses, spas, fitness centers, package lockers, dog parks and large open spaces.
