Andulela Investment Holdings Limited is a South Africa-based investment holding company. The Company operates through two segments: production of platinum group metals (PGM) at the Kilken tailings treatment facility, and the processing and distribution of steel products by the Pro Roof Steel Merchants Proprietary Limited (PRSM Group). Its subsidiaries include Kilken Platinum Proprietary Limited (Kilken), which is a producer and seller of PGM, mainly platinum, palladium, rhodium and gold, and PRSM Group, which is a steel processor and merchant in South Africa in the steel processing industry. The Company's product range consists of used steel products, including welded universal columns or beams and T-beams; a range of roofing solutions (corrugated, inverted box rib and wide-span); fencing and wire products; tubing and cold formed flat and long products, and services (slitting, cut-to-length, blanking, de- and recoiling, guillotine and tube sawing).
