AIM Industrial Growth Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a real estate investment trust. The Trust’s objectives are to mobilize funds raised from investors and loans from financial institutions to invest in the freehold or leasehold right of the immovable assets (including sub-leasehold right of immovable assets) and movable assets which are component parts and equipment of aforesaid immovable assets. The Trust’s investment types include freehold right of land, cold storage building and cold storage movable assets; freehold right of land and warehouse; freehold right of land, factory and office buildings; leasehold right of land and warehouse; leasehold right of land, warehouse and liquid chemical storage tanks, and leasehold right of land, warehouse, factory and office buildings. The Trust’s projects include Pacific Cold Storage project, MS Warehouse project, Thai Taffeta project and others. The Trust’s manager is AIM REIT Management Company Limited.
