In accordance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book, Supernet Limited ("the Company") hereby conveys the following Material Information:

In line with the Company's objective to increase its footprints beyond Pakistan, the Company is pleased to report that its wholly owned UAE based subsidiary, Phoenix Global FZE ("PGF"), has entered into a Joint Collaboration Agreement with Athena Telecommunications Equipment Trading Co. L.L.C., UAE ("Athena Telecom"), effective 09 December 2025.

Under this Agreement, PGF and Athena Telecom will collaborate to promote and deliver a comprehensive range of maritime connectivity, safety, security, earth-observation, IoT, and related digital infrastructure solutions in regional and international markets.

Additionally, the collaboration includes co-branded offerings, joint sales and marketing activities, and project-based commercial and revenue-sharing arrangements. The Agreement remains effective for a term of three (3) years, with an option to renew upon mutual consent.

This collaboration enables Supernet Limited-through Phoenix Global FZE-to enter the large and growing global maritime connectivity markets, enhance its solution portfolio, and expand regional/international revenue streams by leveraging Athena Telecom's strong technical capabilities and Supernet's commercial footprint.

While the financial impact of this Agreement cannot be assessed at this stage and will be contingent upon project-specific engagements; however, the Company anticipates positive longterm commercial benefits from this collaboration.
