SECHABA BREWERY HOLDINGS LTD DIVIDEND DECLARATION TIMETABLE - UPDATE

This communication serves to inform shareholders of Sechaba Brewery Holdings Ltd that the declaration of Friday, 15 May 2026, as a public holiday has necessitated a revision to the dividend declaration timetable previously published on 31 March 2026.

As previously announced, the ex-dividend date was Friday, 15 May 2026, with the dividend payment date scheduled for Friday, 29 May 2026, payable to shareholders registered in the Company's records by the close of business on Tuesday, 19 May 2026.

The revised timetable is as follows:

  • Ex-dividend date: Monday, 18 May 2026
  • Last date to register: Wednesday, 20 May 2026
  • Dividend payment date: Friday, 29 May 2026

All other aspects of the previous announcement remain unchanged.
