INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors of PIM Limited has declared a final dividend of MUR 1.50 per share to all shareholders registered at the close of business on 27thNovember 2025, in respect of the quarter ended 30thSeptember 2025. The dividend will be paid on or about 16thDecember 2025.

The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend up to and including the market day of 24thNovember 2025 and ex-dividend as from the 25thNovember 2025.
