New Terna board takes office, Monti appointed CEO and General Manager

(Alliance News) - The newly appointed board of directors of Terna Spa, chaired by Stefano Cuzzilla, has held its first meeting.

The board unanimously appointed Pasqualino Monti as the company's new Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, confirming the existing division of powers between the Chairman and the CEO.

The board also verified that all directors meet the necessary independence requirements, with 11 out of 13 directors recognized as independent.

During the session, the board established five internal committees as required by corporate governance: Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Appointments, Sustainability, Governance and Scenarios, and Related Party Transactions, appointing the chairs and members of each body.
