(Alliance News) - BasicNet Spa said Monday it bought 5,000 treasury shares between September 7 and 11.

The shares were purchased at an average price of €5.801, for a total consideration of €29,004.50.

Following these transactions, the company holds 7.2m shares, equal to 13% of its share capital.

BasicNet shares are up 2.2% at €5.67 per share.
