Vadim Zaytsev

Mr. Vadim Zaytsev is Head of investment department at Basic Element.
From 2009 until joining "Basic Element" Vadim Zaytsev was Head of Legal Affairs for the "Rusagro" Group.
Between 2008 and 2009 he was the Vice President of Legal Affairs Fund "Invest AG" (Evraz Holding) while from 1998 to 2000 he headed the legal department of the commodity division of the "Siberian Aluminum" Group.
Mr. Zaytcev was then Head of the Legal Department of the management company "Razgulay UkrRos" and was also heading the RDI Group international projects.
In 1992 Vadim Zaytsev graduated from the Law Faculty of the Military Institute of Foreign Languages.
He studied at the College of Solicitors (Australia), School of Law, University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia), where he took a Master of Law Degree (LLM) specializing in "Commercial and Corporate Law".
Currently Mr. Zaytcev is studying at the Graduate Faculty of Law of the Russian Legal Academy of the Ministry of Justice.
