Mr. Tony Beaulac, CFA, is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Desjardins Global Asset Management, Inc. Prior to joining State Street in 2000, he was consultant for BARRA International and actuarial assistant in the Asset/Liability Management department at Morneau Sobeco.
He has several years of investment management experience.
Mr. Beaulac holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Science from Laval University and is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2001 and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Montreal Security Analysts Society.
