Mr. Anastasi joined the firm in July of 2000, after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia.
Since joining the firm, he has been involved on a wide range of transactions including sell-side and buy-side M&A, private equity placements, debt financings and valuation engagements.
He has worked with clients from a number of different industries ranging from government and commercial IT services to enterprise software, internet/media, and business services.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from the McIntire School of Commerce, with concentrations in finance and management.
