DeBartolo Corporation of Youngstown, Ohio.
Prior to that, he spent 2 years as an associate at the firm of Olds, Olds & Lynett in Akron, Ohio.
Mr. Frost is a native of Youngstown, Ohio.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree at Miami University in Miami, Ohio and his law degree at the University Of Akron School Of Law.
He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Missouri and before the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers and of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries.
