He has over 30 years of work experience in real estate investment and asset management.

Prior to joining IDERA, Mr. Yamada formerly served in the Sydney Branch and New York Branch of Sumitomo Trust and Banking Co (Now is Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited), and joined Japan Branch of AIG global real estate and became a Representative Director in Japan.
After Invesco acquired AIG, he was appointed as Managing Director of Invesco Global Real Estate, in charge of property acquisition and asset management in Japan and Asia Pacific markets.
Mr. Yamada graduated from Cornell University in US with Master of studies in Law.
